Return any unworn, undamaged item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
Email us at info@ayeshanails.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, if your order has already been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
Returns on items that have been worn, altered, or returned without original packaging cannot be processed.
